I knew little of Cashman Pistilli and West when i picked this up on ABC black label vinyl. I thought they were folk. But this is more harmony pop, and class harmony pop to boot. There is a light folk base--think Bob Lind and Mamas and Poppas and 60s Glen Campbell, not Nick Drake and Phil Ochs--with lush but tasteful orchestrations/5(3).
